In our latest product line, we combine conscious water management with a breakthrough solution that does not require significant groundwork. Pureco silos are used in agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, and industry. These above-ground water storage tanks are tailored to local needs and conditions. The use of high-quality materials guarantees the right end product. Until now we have only had underground and horizontal tanks. This is our first tank type that has a standing and above-ground design.

For 0.8 mm thick and thicker panels, S350 grade steel with 450 g/m² galvanized coating on both sides provides increased service life until the first maintenance. The maximum steel thickness that can be corrugated and bent is 2.5 mm. On request, the silo can be coated with a powder coating to provide additional protection against manure and acids. This powder coating is available in any RAL colour and is applied to the silo sheets after punching, corrugating and bending to size. This post-coating method ensures that the plates are 100% protected as corrosion usually starts at the screw holes and cutting edges. Possible diameters range from 1.86 m to 30.2 m, while the height can be up to 5.32 m, depending on the number of rings.

The tanks are filled with a special liner that ensures 100% water tightness. Available liners types: DELAFLEX®, PVC, EPDM Silo liners 

DELAFLEX® silo liners can be used for rainwater/clean water, wastewater, fertilizer water, and water with high or low EC/PH. After several years of research, a new flexible liner has been developed that is resistant to UV radiation, and more resistant to high mechanical stress, and wind damage. Introducing the revolutionary DELAFLEX® liner with a 15-year guarantee. Made for all our tank types. The DELAFLEX® liner is available in thicknesses of 0.6 mm and 1 mm and is welded according to KIWA BRL-K 537 guidelines.

Main characteristics of the tank liner: film thickness from 0.6 mm to 1 mm, 250 g/m², PE, fixed to the tank wall with ratchet tensioners up to 8m long. 

The PVC silo, tank liners are certified for the storage of drinking water. The emission values of the foil are below the public health limit. The film is 0.5 or 1 mm thick, 300 g/m², with reinforced edges and 50 cm of clamping tape for complete protection.

PVC silo, tank liners are suitable especially for the storage of drinking water. This foil does not emit any substances into the drinking water in quantities harmful to public health. A PVC drinking water tank liner has a PVC drinking water quality foil in 0.5 or 1mm thickness, a cord for easy fastening, a reinforced edge with eyes every 50 cm, clamping strip for protection.

EPDM Silo liners Rain/clean water, wastewater, water with fertilizers, water with high or low EC/PH. This silo liner EPDM thickness of 1 mm, wall protection covering 250 g/m², PE tensioning, per max. 8 m circumference 1 ratchet tensioner, and a clamping strip. 

Cover types: anti-algae cover, DelafloaT floating cover, PVC reinforced stretch roof, steel roof. The PP fabric cover weighs approximately 200 g/m² for smaller diameter tanks. It blocks sunlight, thus preventing the growth of algae. The DelafloaT floating cover is made of high-quality polyolefin material. This material consists of two layers, the lower air bubble layer provides excellent floating properties while the upper clear film protects against UV radiation. DelaFloat® protects the water from sunlight, limits algae growth, and largely prevents water from heating up and evaporating.

 

Silo lids made of reinforced PVC film are also available. The base material is a polyester fabric of 850 g/m² coated on both sides with PVC. Available in green or grey. This material is extremely durable. Primarily we provide so-called stretch covers. Suitable for steel, concrete, or wooden silos. These stretch covers are made exclusively of the above-mentioned high-quality reinforced PVC. On the inside of the lid, straps are welded to the canvas, which is fixed to the stainless steel spine tube. The lid is fixed to the stainless frame with ratchet straps for maximum security. The silo cover is further tensioned by a central post, which is available on request. This center post can be made of PVC or hardwood. The silo can also be supplied with a manhole and a mixing opening. The base material is a polyester fabric with a PVC coating on both sides 850 g/m². To be supplied in green or gray. This material is very durable. We mainly supply so-called tensioned covers. Suitable for steel, concrete, or wooden silos. These tensioned covers are made exclusively of the aforementioned high-quality reinforced PVC. On the inside of the cover, straps are welded to the canvas, which is mounted to the ridge on an RVS (stainless steel) ridge plate. Around this, a valance with an open hem is welded, which is drawn over the silo edge. In order to tension the whole, the tube is slotted in it. Straps are attached to the tube which can be tensioned with or without the aid of ratchets. The silo cover is further tensioned by a center column, which can be ordered separately on request. This center column can be made of PVC or hardwood, after further consultation. The silo cover is further provided with a manhole and a mixing hatch.

Steel roof: the robust, galvanised steel section roof has a built-in inspection opening. The roof is designed with a 10-degree pitch, which allows for proper drainage of rainwater while not significantly increasing the central height of the silo. This type of roof is generally used in areas where high winds or heavy snow loads may occur and where protection against vandalism is a priority. 

 Pureco presents the SP (Short Panel) water tank. The main advantage of these tanks is their length of 2.3 m instead of the usual 3 m, making them more practical and economical to transport. This size leaves less empty space in the container or truck. This gives SP a comparative advantage in the market. The height of the panel, the 450-micron galvanizing, and the bolts and nuts remain the same as in our standard containers.
