TUBUS TS spiral corrugated steel tanks are typically used in water management and water quality projects. Uncontrolled floods, creek bed destabilization, and erosion can occur at local levels through the incorporation of untouched areas or changes in the use of the area, such as drainage. These effects can be avoided by choosing an appropriate efficient stormwater management system. A complex stormwater drainage system takes into account both the problems of quantitative and qualitative treatment of potential water flow. Corrugated steel structures are an effective solution for the quantitative and qualitative treatment of rainwater. Storage tanks are made of corrugated hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel for stormwater storage. Our company sells spiral corrugated, round hot-dip galvanized steel pipes in the diameter range of 800-2900 mm for an innovative solution for stormwater storage. Considering the transportability, our pipes are made in a length of 3-13 m, the separate pipe sections can be connected to each other using straps. The water retention of the pipes is ensured by a rubber sealing ring threaded during the formation of the scratch. By closing the ends of the pipes with a bottom plate, a storage tank is formed. with simple locksmith finishing work, shafts, manholes, in- and outletbreaches, and liquid separators can be formed. With different storage arrangements - in series or in parallel - the most efficient storage capacity can be created in the available floor space. Firewater, and with a suitable additional coating, can also be used as a reservoir of gray water. Reservoirs made of corrugated steel retain the advantageous structural stability properties of corrugated steel pipes thanks to the co-work of steel and soil. The flexible steel structure transfers the loads to the surrounding levee, so great emphasis must be placed on both the filling material and the compaction during construction. During the sizing, the traffic load marked “A” specified in the road technical regulations is taken into account.
