The slotted pipes are designed for the discharge of the rain water and oil substances (leakage) from the reinforced surfaces, i.e. dewatering the most demanding roads, motorways, class I roads, tunnels, airports, parking spaces, etc. Profile VI is the highest capacity profile from all produced types of slotted channels. The channels profile VI are placed in the areas with extreme hydrological potential - commonly airport reinforced surfaces. They are produced in descend-free variant and they are dimensioned for the class of transport load D400 and F900. The system consists of four basic elements: the slotted pipe with interrupted slot length 4 m without interior decline, complete drain piece including the plastic lid (alloy mesh), sludge basket and rectification cone, cleaning piece including alloy mesh, plug.
Profile VI slot drains are suitable for draining rainwater contaminated with small quantities of oil products (drips) from surfaced areas such as high-capacity traffic structures (motorways, dual carriageways, main roads, tunnels, runways, lay-bys, large parking lots, etc.). Profile VI has the biggest capacity of all our slot drains. Profile VI-1 slot drains are suitable for locations with extreme rainfall - especially large surfaced areas at airports - and are only available with no internal gradient. Profile VI-1 slot drains are designed for D400 and F900 class traffic loads.
Our reinforced concrete slot drains provide an almost invisible solution for the perfect drainage of stormwater falling on paved surfaces. Depending on the size of the surface, the nature of its use and the amount of stress, there are several sizes and types available for flawless and impeccable solutions. The VI-1 profile slot drain was developed by the experts of Pureco Kft. within the framework of the stormwater drainage project of Budapest Airport, with its extremely high and load capacity it can be used to replace main collection channels, but it can also be used as a motorway culvert. Due to their intermittent slot design, they can also withstand a load of F 900.
