We are seeking a dedicated colleague to join our rapidly developing, 100% Hungarian-owned company, which has been operating in the water industry for nearly 20 years and has evolved into an international enterprise.

Main responsibilities of our new colleague:

  • Execution of projects within contractual deadlines, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
  • Participation in facility design, reviewing, interpreting, and commenting on completed plans, coordinating the approval of design documentation
  • Planning the resources required for project execution
  • Establishing the project implementation structure: defining necessary contracts, internal deliveries, and their content
  • Preparing technical and financial schedules
  • Compiling and approving documentation required for the start and completion of work
  • Managing and supervising the work of colleagues assigned to the project
  • Participating in the preparation of requests for proposals, selection of subcontractors and suppliers, preparing contracts, and selecting partners for project execution
  • Planning progress, organising construction, and continuous on-site inspection to ensure implementation according to contractual terms and technical plans; managing necessary permits
  • Maintaining communication with the client, designer, authorities, and technical inspector
  • Financial management of the project, coordinating tasks necessary for assessing and accounting for completed work, and certifying performance
  • Conducting sampling and quality control, accepting completed work components, and verifying the completion and content of qualification documentation
  • Ensuring full compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations; introducing necessary measures
  • Supervising and maintaining up-to-date construction logs
  • Handling the technical and financial closure of projects
  • Organising all documentation related to the investment in a systematic manner

Requirements:

  • Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction of wastewater treatment plants
  • Strong computer skills
  • Outstanding systems thinking
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Precise, independent, and proactive work style
  • Excellent and effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Assertive attitude, calm and quick decision-making skills
  • Valid category B driving license

Considered an advantage:

  • Valid Technical Manager (Felelős Műszaki Vezető) certification
  • Fluent (technical) English skills
  • Willingness to participate in international projects and work abroad
  • Experience in technological, mechanical,l and electrical installation
  • Experience in implementing EU-funded construction projects
