The existing wastewater treatment of Eger (north-east part of Hungary) is under reconstruction as the system did not fulfil the given requirements regarding the effluent limits and could not deal with the amount of the wastewater.
VENTUS biofilter container from Pureco has been built in to treat the odour air coming from the pre-sedimentation basins. Using Ventus Biofilter system, the concrete structures of the basins will be protected to get corroded and this wastewater treatment plant can be operated without any smell.
