Water crises or water revolution

Water is one of our most important natural resources and economic assets. Preserving it and ensuring its sustainable use, however, is not solely a technical or water management issue – it requires shared thinking and cooperation.

The national conference of the Hungarian Water Association (HWA), entitled “Water crisis or water revolution?”, provides a platform for key stakeholders in municipal water management – municipalities, utility providers, policymakers, engineers, technology developers, water industry companies, as well as representatives of the scientific and financial sectors – to jointly seek answers to the water-related challenges that affect us all.

The conference will focus on water awareness, the future of water utility systems, innovative technologies, financing opportunities and models of cooperation.

The event will be hosted within the Environtec – powered by Ökoindustria professional exhibition at HUNGEXPO, Pavilion E.

At the heart of the conference are the preservation of the value of water, strengthening water awareness, advancing municipal water management, the future of water utility systems, and the innovative technologies, financing instruments and cooperation models that can support these goals.

A professional forum dedicated to exploring how today’s challenges can be transformed into sustainable, efficient and secure water management solutions for the long term.
