Pirazol Manufacturing-Trade and Service Ltd. is to modernise its production technology and build a new metal fabrication and assembly hall with EU support.
The company's project is focused on three main market segments for which there is growing demand now and in the medium to long term. The first is the production of complete waste destruction and waste water treatment equipment for cruise liners, the second is the production of complete electrolysis ready-to-use hydrogen generating equipment for hydrogen filling stations and the third is the production of various pressure vessels.
For the stormwater treatment investment elements of the development, Pureco supplied a stormwater storage tank and oil interceptor equipment. The reservoir tank, made of corrugated ribbed electro-galvanised steel, is 2.4 m in diameter and 5.5 m long, with a gross volume of 25 m3. The pipes are kept free of water by a rubber sealing ring, which is inserted during the casing design. The corrugated steel reservoirs retain the advantageous structural stability properties of corrugated steel pipes, which are the result of the combination of soil and steel. The flexible steel structure transfers the loads to the surrounding fill, so both the fill material and the quality of the compaction were given high priority in the design.
The ENVIA TNB plastic tank oil separator delivered to the project site is capable of treating 8 litres of contaminated stormwater per second (SZOE 5 mg/l). The project has taken advantage of the benefits of our plastic tank sludge and oil separator: lightweight PE body, thus easy mobility, low installation depth, small installation space requirements.
