Springtime means it's time for the Environmental Protection and Industrial Safety Conference. This April marked the 25th edition of the event, organised by Imsys Ltd., once again attracting a full house of attendees.
The conference focused on current and pressing issues in environmental protection and industrial safety, including the environmental challenges of the domestic battery industry, waste management, industrial safety, water purification, and remediation.
The event's aim was to share the latest results and knowledge among professionals and foster new connections. We were pleased to accept the organizers’ invitation, and Pureco’s CEO, Bálint Horváth, actively contributed to this knowledge-sharing initiative with his presentation titled “Within thresholds, beyond borders—Effective arsenic removal in Asia in service of the Hungarian water industry.”
In his presentation, he highlighted the growing challenge of effectively removing arsenic from drinking water and introduced our regenerable adsorbent-based arsenic removal technology, which enables the cost-effective, rapid, and reliable purification of arsenic-contaminated water. Building on our domestic experience, the presentation also shed light on our international market expansion results, as well as water technology solutions that can support the operations of the industrial stakeholders present at the conference.
